Q: I'm getting the following message - Error 2114 - Granite Fleet Manager doesn't support the format of the file or file is too large. Try converting the file to BMP or GIF format.

This problem happens because the Office graphics filters are not included with the Access 2003 runtime but are a separate download from Microsoft.  Please click on Office File Converter Pack to view the Microsoft page and download the pack.  You will also want to download the Security Update for the Office File Converter Pack.
